Day 2 or 3...

Ok, so I missed a couple days there - had some late nights (gone from 7 AM to 9:30 at night) and I know I shouldn't make excuses, but at that point I'm sooo tired and have to get some work done before bed...oh well, can't dwell on the past. But - I did get through the sculpt on Thursday and then the cardio again today. So, I'm back on track! This week is much less hectic and I'm going to try getting up earlier in the AM so I can work out before I get ready for work and then there will be no excuses at night.

Day 1

I started Power 90 today. Wow -it's been a while since I've worked out. I often mistake that climbing lots of stairs during the day plus being on the go with some of the younger students is good exercise! The cardio was definitely the toughest part for me. As for the kicks and punches - I feel like I could do those all day. I can definitely feel some soreness coming on - gonna do an extra shot or two of Mona Vie tonight to help with the recovery. Tomorrow - the sculpting work out - all weights!
